Cold Packs or Ice Packs

Common Problems:

  1. Cracking and leaking.

  2. Don’t stay cold long enough.

  3. Too stiff to bend around body parts or joints.

Solution: Cloth covered with stitched seams. Although there are a few good ones without cloth cover. Thicker they are the longer they will stay cold. Fill - Gel or similar flexible material with a soft outer shell.

***ALWAYS READ ONLINE REVIEWS. If there is a common ‘like’ or ‘dislike’ it will usually be brought up in the reviews***

My Current Top Picks:

Top Pick because they are thick which hold the cold for longer. The outer material is cloth and has a stitched seem.

The Cervical (neck) model shape and size makes it convenient to wrap around virtually any extremity (arms and legs). This particular one comes with hook and loop (Velcro) straps to help hold it in place.

Flexikold comes in different shapes and sizes.

Runner Up (images below): It comes with hook and loop (Velcro) strap. I have used this brand for years but have 1 caution when ordering. They have an older model that is better than the new model. You can tell the difference immediately. If you can not get the old model, don’t order it. It will crack and start to leak with very little use.
