Insurance and Payment
ORPT is a cash-based Physical Therapy practice. This means we do not participate with any insurance companies. This includes Medicare.
This affords us the ability to focus exclusively on quality treatment and care while optimizing each patients recovery process. Appointments are exclusively set for each patient. This provides individual time with each patient during every treatment session. Each appointment at ORPT is approx. 60min. Patients are scheduled private one-on-one sessions.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We will provide you a bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (except Medicare) upon request. Your bill will contain all the necessary information (i.e., date of service, payment, procedure code(s) and diagnosis code(s).
Most companies provide reimbursement for patients through out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider prior to attending the first treatment session to determine your reimbursement rate/out-of-network benefits.
